Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoiceAI at getinvoiceai.app (the "Service"), operated by InvoiceAI. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using InvoiceAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
InvoiceAI is an AI-powered invoice and receipt parsing platform. You upload documents (PDF, images, and supported formats); our system extracts structured fields such as vendor details, line items, taxes, and totals. Results are provided for your review and export (e.g., JSON or CSV). The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at amanshah7886@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Credits & payments
The Service uses credits. One credit typically equals one invoice parse. Pricing is in USD:
- Free tier: 10 credits granted on signup at no charge.
- Starter: $5 one-time for 100 credits.
- Pro: $10 one-time for 250 credits.
- Business: $25 one-time for 700 credits.
Purchased credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices may change with notice; existing purchased credits remain valid. Taxes may apply where required by law.
5. Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with a credit purchase, you may request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase by contacting amanshah7886@gmail.com. Refunds apply only to credits that have not been consumed. Credits already used for parsing are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process or that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Share account access or resell the Service without authorization.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content unrelated to invoice/receipt parsing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual property
InvoiceAI, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You may use extracted output for your own business purposes.
8. AI accuracy disclaimer
Parsing is performed by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). Results may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it for accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions. InvoiceAI does not provide professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
